Staying Strong
Lets talk about Cardio! Ok so I'm not really a big fan of doing cardio at the gym..LOL I don't know why but I feel like when I do cardio it's very short, I just want to get out of there. I can walk outside forever and a day on the track OR do cardio at home...which I just got the treadmill up and running today. So on my youtube page I put different things we can do to get our cardio in that doesn't invole us going to the gym all the time, I went to my sisters house today and we did a 25min video "Cardioke" Billy Blanks Jr. AWESOME AWESOME! ...then I came home to do 35mins on the treadmill. So what I am going to do is find different women in my area who would like to start walking together. I will touch base on so many different topics! 1st one..Lets STRENGTHEN our stride. We can loose so much weight just by walking...AND improve immunity, better joint and bone health , improve posture , less back pain and even reduced risk of conditions such as breast cancer, stroke ..and walking is good for the mind! Next, there is so much info on how to walk correctly. Advice on finding your correct stride length, how to use your arms and how to breathe properly. ( Power Walking ) which has similar aerobics benefits to running and tone our bottoms , thighs, hips, abs, upper back and shoulders, but has less impact on joints..Ladies We CAN commit to walking 1mile a day and watch how that will turn into milesssss a day! :)
